On February 23, 2010, you and Josh Javaheri, Senior Media Consultant from ColorFxMedia.com contacted me via email implying that your company COLORFXMEDIA.COM is interested in reselling my program. In the email, I also attached a list of clients that are utilizing my program. In our phone conversation, you had asked me to email you an “SEO Reseller Agreement” where we agreed on pricing and the terms set forth in the agreement.

Since this time, ColorFXMedia (Local SEO Max) have failed to make full payments to my Company. We have had plenty of arguments back-and-forth about you not paying the balance of the invoice in full. On April 23, May 5, and June 1, 2010, you have not paid the full balance for the direct cost of services. In our last conversations, you clearly stated to me by text message that you were planning to pay the full balance sent to you on June 1st, 2010 for the amount of $7,058.80.

On June 7th, 2010 , I called Eric Torrance and he notified me that you were making the deposit in the account. My company was under the impression that the full balance will be deposited into the account. After receiving notification from my accountant, Eric Torrance deposited $2,500. Based on your payment history, on May 5th, 2010, my Company invoiced you for services in the amount of $3,433.36. Instead, you made a deposit of $1,800 rather than the full balance. Based on your failure to pay the full balance, you have given me no other choice than to terminate our working relationship and accept the loss of owed to my Company.

After speaking to several clients the majority of them are very satisfied with the program but very unhappy with YOUR lack of being able get approval from the client before getting submitted to the search engines. In addition, we’ve discovered that you have collected payment from them which you have failed to deliver to us. In our discovery, you made it very clear that you were the “owner and developer” of the program.

Most importantly, we have notified our attorney in [city] of this situation, he strongly advised that Stop all attempts to Blackmail or slander anyone in our Company immediately.

I Got Scammed by Eric Torrance and Josh Javaheri of Eric Torrance. Eric Torrance and Josh Javaheri who Claim to be SEO Experts. BIG LIE!!!!!!! These two guys promised me a new website for $1,500 and top ranking in Google in 30 Days. As a result, i never had my website completed. I've attempted to contact Eric Torrance at least 10 times and they answered my calls. I called the Police since I discovered that I couldn't even find them listed in California and on FaceBook.com / Linkedin.com. STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THE INFAMOUS LOCALMAXSEO

I was personally scammed by Local Max SEO because I paid for National Campaign service from Eric Torrance and he put me on some reoccurring payment scheme where I ended up paying $495 for his crappy SEO services that didn't even work. I think your first day web builder could have done a better job with the SEO service he DIDN'T provide me. - I mean, I had him work on only ONE PAGE of my site and promote that page and it ended up on 2,000 pages of google for my 3 keywords for less than 30 days!!! That sucks for a SEO person. I do believe he has lied his way into this world about his huge success when he is a complete failure. My recommendation is to stay clear of this joker and DO NOT TRUST HIM!

I noticed the other day that others are having the same problem I did and now they are also seeking retribution but creating website pages against him. Check it out- Crazy but I like it. The world does need to know what they are dealing with and to stay away from this guy.

Kept calling me stating they were from Google and needed to verify my Free Local Listing. After they received my info. then the phone call turned into something entirely different. He said he reviewed my listing and found it on page 9. Then went on stating that he could get me on the FIRST page of Google and I would then recive more callers. He NEVER provided me with any contract, and when I repeditly asked for a refund, he would hang up the phone. ERRIC TORRANCE, CEO OF LOCAL MAX SEO IS A FRADULENT BUSINESS. I was told that the day after I signed up they would contact me for all relivant info relaing to my business. THIS WAS ANOTHER LIE!!! After 3 weeks of listening to their lies, I called my Wells Fargo Bank and requested assistance getting my money back. Wells Fargo did a 3 way call and asked several questions and each response from your local merchant was a LIE! They lied to Wells Fargo in order to make it look like I was in the wrong and Not Them. Then after 45 days and my 6 e-mails to their support team and 3 complaints made against them, they finally submitted a "Personal Profile" page to me relating to my business. ONLY ONE BIG PROBLEM!!!!! They gave a WRONG phone number in the profile page. They REFUSE to give me any money back and now they are still calling me stating that they are from GOOGLE and they want to check my FREE Listing Account. DO NOTHING WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!
